Our Projects
- Zimbabwe, Harare 2022 - We revisited the New Start Children Home in Harare. Various upcoming renovation projects were discussed and financed.
- Zimbabwe, Harare 2022 - Personal meeting of our scholarship holder Jaqueline. Financial support also for Jacqueline's mother, who is suffering from a life-threatening illness.
- South Africa, Cape Town 2022 - Start-up loan for a landscaper (former orphan from New Start Children Home)
- Munich 2022 - the Mansoori family who fled from Afghanistan moved into our former furnished single-family house in July 2022, which they can use rent-free for the next 5 years.
- Munich 2022 - Farewell to Ms. Adewusi, who has successfully led the remedial classes at the Grandlschule for the past 3 years. The remedial teaching will be continued in the coming school year with about 20 students.
- Zimbabwe, Harare 2019 - Financing of a solar system that will make the orphanage "New Start Children Home" and the associated school with 400 external children independent of state electricity. Everyday life in the orphanage is very difficult due to the current shortage of electricity. The plant was put into operation in October 2020. Project end: October 2020
- Allgäu, Germany 2018 & 2019 - Financing of the lunchtime care costs for six refugee children.
- Munich since 2018 - free, weekly remedial classes for children in the 3rd and 4th grades whose parents cannot provide sufficient school support.
- Zimbabwe, Harare since 2018 - financial support. Since 2019 - Professional advice and financial startup help for university graduates of the orphanage.
